WELCOME HOME operates a long-term, residential program for individuals striving to change their lives and become the best that they can be. 
The program provides participants with counselling, life-skills and job-skills training, and all other support they need to lead successful lives. Participants develop physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
