Can I visit a PriceCo store to see the product before purchasing online?
Yes. Our store is located at 921 Central Ave N in Kent, WA 98032.
Do you offer replacement parts?
If something breaks and it is not covered under warranty, we can order the replacement parts from the manufacturer at the customer's expense.
Are fabric swatches available?
Yes, they are available at our store.
How do I touch up my furniture?
Most home improvement stores offer touch-up solutions in marker and “crayon” forms. All are easy to apply, simply match your furniture finish to the touch-up color, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Does PriceCo do special orders?
If you see an item by any of our manufacturers, you can purchase it by contacting us by phone at 253-856-2050. Allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.
Can I buy an extra table leaf?
Each leaf is cut when the table is made; therefore additional leaves are not available.
What is the difference between King size and California King size beds?
California King size is 72 x 84 and King size is 76 x 80.
Where can I find the item's serial number?
Serial numbers are between 9 and 15 digits in length and are located in the following locations: For the following categories, the label with this number is attached to your furniture either on the back of the unit or underneath the unit: -Bedroom Furniture -Dining Room Furniture -Home Office Furniture -Occasional Tables -Entertainment Furniture For any upholstered furniture, the label with this number is attached to your furniture either under the removable seat cushion or underneath the unit/footrest.
How can I remove my name from your mailing list?

What are USD and CAD?
USD stands for United States Dollars. CAD stands for Canadian Dollars.
Who can answer my warranty question?
For In Store Purchases: If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, contact our PriceCo store. All claims must include the original bill of sale, the product serial number, picture of the defect and be filed within the applicable warranty period. Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Puget Sound Area and the I-5 corridor from the Canadian border to the Oregon border. For any other area in the state of Washington call us or email for delivery quote. Call us for pricing at 253-856-2050.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees will vary based on the product that is being delivered. If you purchase the product online, your delivery charges will be calculated with your purchase. For more information, visit our Delivery Rates Page.
Do I have to assemble my furniture or will it be done for me?
If you pick up your furniture purchase, you will need to assemble it yourself. If you have your product delivered, you have the option to purchase our White Glove service. See White Glove Service for details.
When will my furniture be delivered?
After your purchase is complete and inventory has been verified, our Sales and Marketing team will contact you and arrange the day.
What are your showroom pickup hours?
You can pick up your furniture from Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 8PM. Closed Sundays.
What forms of payment do you accept?
In our showrooms, we accept Cash, Credit Cards or multiple in-house financing options. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express for in-store purchases. On www.priceco.org we accept major Credit Cards via Paypal, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Is financing available?
Yes, we have various financing options available in our showrooms for most buyers. To apply for an account, visit our store.
Do you have gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards, however you can buy a gift invoice.
